Like many Canadians I don't read as much Canadian literature as I would like. I've just created a webpage to list Canadian fiction writers. It is interesting to note the large number of foreign-born Canadian writers. I started separating the authors by place of birth. John, your readers may be interested to know that another John (Mutford) has established the Canadian Book Challenge where readers are encouraged to read a book from a CanLit author in each province before Canada Day.
Now that's encouraging!
